I loved this book! The first one was great, gritty and hot, this one promises just the same and, oh boy, does it deliver!
I always thought Alison was a lot weaker than Lindsay but if there is one that this book has set out to prove, it's that this isn't the case. Alison lives through torture that most would buckle under, her drug problems are her coping method and without it she'd have broken a long time ago.
A lot of this book, about 55%, covers what the other book did but from Alison and Roamyns POV. I enjoyed it but part of me was so desperate to get to the point the last book left off! It's great to hear their story and I loved finding more out about their relationship, they have so much history and they are both perfect for eachother.
I enjoyed the unexpected twist in this book, the story went in a great direction, I was thoroughly gripped! Obviously the thing I love most with a gripping plot is some hot sex! Roam is a mega hotty!!! I love how caring but dominant he is and his dirty talk is just..YUM!
Ivy is a great writer, her stories flow so well and the action is described brilliantly. I can't wait for the next one!!
